The circulation service in our library includes lending, returning, and renewing study materials. Students and faculty members can borrow books and other materials from the library, coordinating with the librarians. To ensure the library resources are accessible to all, students can lend books for 15 days, while faculty members can issue the materials for 30 days. If needed for a longer period, students can renew their book issuance.
The reference service helps library users find information and resources available at the library. Our library has two distinctive services that ensure a seamless experience for students.CAS (Current Awareness Service) helps students and staff members stay updated on the latest acquisitions, contents, and news added to the library collection.CDS (Computerised Documentation Service) helps manage the storage and retrieval of library resources.
Our library provides an open access to the students, offering free and immediate availability of various academic resources. Using our study book services, students gain access to thousands of books, journals, and publications, to get a better understanding of their curriculum. In addition to academic materials, the students also get access to general knowledge and current affairs with the availability of newspapers (both physical and digital prints).
The reprography services available to the students help them get access to resources from our library materials, including books, journals, and articles. This helps students with their research, study, and information dissemination, enhancing the study materials available in our library. It is important to note that there is a limit to the copies students can get using our reprographic services to manage the resources and grant fair access for all users.
The library features a multimedia resource service with digital libraries to help students enhance their learning experience.
Our collection of multimedia resources includes e-books and e-newspapers.
In addition, we provide our students with access to various databases and partnerships with e-library platforms like
Refread, NDLI, DELNET, and e-UTU.The ultimate goal of the multimedia resource service is to make students’ learning easier and more convenient.
Another key highlight of our resource center is the availability and accessibility of various databases to the students and faculty members. With online databases like OPAC, EPW, and DELNET, we guarantee the scholars have access to a vast searchable collection of information. The online databases offer study materials including scholarly articles, research data, and other reliable sources.
