PROFILE

Dr. Surmadhur Pant serves as the Dean of Student Welfare and Director Admissions at Shivalik College, Dehradun. A seasoned academic leader, he brings over 17 years of rich experience in teaching and administration, with a strong focus on student development, support services, and strategic enrollment management.

He holds a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy, aligning with his passion for sustainability and innovation. This academic foundation has shaped his approach toward creating dynamic, student-centered initiatives that foster personal growth and academic success.

In his dual role, Dr. Pant is committed to ensuring a seamless admissions experience while simultaneously enhancing student life through robust welfare programs, counselling support, and a nurturing campus culture. His leadership ensures that students not only receive quality education but also develop into responsible and capable individuals ready to take on the challenges of the future.
