On April 1, 2025, Shivalik College of Engineering signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Goa-Center for Excellence in Intellectual Property (G-CEIP).
This collaboration is set to equip students with essential knowledge in Intellectual Property (IP) rights, fostering innovation and legal awareness. Established in 2016, G-CEIP, housed at Goa College of Pharmacy (GCP), has been instrumental in promoting IP literacy and research.

Intellectual Property is a key driver of innovation, encompassing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs.
Through this MoU, students will gain in-depth knowledge of IP protection, commercialization strategies, and legal frameworks, preparing them for success in technology-driven industries.
