Recognized and registered with MSME, Government of India, CBII provides students with a dynamic platform to incubate and implement groundbreaking business ideas.

CBII’s contributions were acknowledged at the highest levels, earning appreciation from the Uttarakhand Startup Council, Directorate of Industries, Government of Uttarakhand, which sanctioned ₹1 Crore in financial support in 2023. This funding further strengthens its mission to cultivate a thriving startup ecosystem and support entrepreneurs in building solutions with meaningful societal and environmental impact.

iHUB Shivalik: A Strategic Collaboration with IIT Roorkee
Further amplifying Shivalik College’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial excellence, the institute partnered with iHUB DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee, to launch iHUB Shivalik. This initiative is dedicated to nurturing business development by providing critical infrastructure, mentorship, and training support.

The impact of this initiative is already evident, with Shivalik College students securing 6th position in the Startup Uttarakhand Grand Challenge 2023 and winning ₹2 Lakhs in funding from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. This success highlights the effectiveness of Shivalik College’s robust mentorship program, backed by experts from technology, business, and finance. Moreover, strategic tie-ups with funding agencies ensure that promising student-led startups receive the necessary seed capital to scale their ventures.
