Be the change, serve with love.

The NSS (National Service Scheme), Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, is a flagship Indian government program launched in 1969. With the motto “Not Me But You“, students get voluntary community service opportunities, enabling them to experience holistic growth.    At Shivalik College of Engineering, the NSS students take part in activities like tree plantation, blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and cultural & social campaigns. With their active participation, the students inculcate the social and civic responsibilities, enhancing their personality and character development.

Message by Program officer

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a platform where we can contribute to society through selfless service. It is through these acts of kindness and compassion that we not only help others but also grow as individuals. As NSS volunteers, we play a vital role in shaping a better, more inclusive community.

Let us continue to work together, create lasting changes, and inspire those around us through our actions. Every small step counts in making a big difference.
